1. What the membership is
ICON Unlimited is a monthly maintenance program for a single, already-detailed vehicle. Members get unlimited 45–60 minute maintenance visits — exterior hand wash with wheels & tires, plus an interior refresh (vacuum, air blowout, and glass cleaning) — by appointment at your home or office across the Tucson metro.
Why: Short, frequent visits are the most effective way to keep a car looking new. Capping each visit at 45–60 minutes lets us serve every member consistently.
2. Full initial detail required
Before your membership starts, we perform a one-time full detail (billed separately). This resets the vehicle to a clean baseline.
Why: Maintenance visits are quick by design. Starting from a fully detailed car is what makes short visits actually keep it looking sharp.
3. Billing & cancellation
Membership is $195 per month, billed automatically on your enrollment date. There is no contract — cancel or pause anytime before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Paid months are non-refundable.
Why: A simple flat monthly rate keeps pricing predictable for you and lets us reserve capacity for members.
4. Appointments & availability
Every visit is by appointment and subject to available time slots. Members get priority scheduling over one-time customers. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to another member.
Why: Enrollment is capped at 100 vehicles so every member can actually book the slots they need.
5. What's not included
Membership does not cover deep cleans, heavy soiling, stains, pet hair, odor removal, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, tint, or interior restoration. Those are available as separate services at standard pricing.
Why: Reset work takes hours, not minutes. Keeping it separate protects the quick turnaround members rely on.
6. One vehicle per membership
Each membership covers one specific vehicle tied to the enrolled member. Additional vehicles require their own membership. Vehicle changes can be requested by contacting us.
7. Right to decline or end service
We may decline a visit if a vehicle arrives in a condition that requires a deep clean rather than maintenance, and we may end a membership for repeated no-shows, abuse of staff, or unsafe conditions. Any unused prepaid time will be refunded in that case.
8. Questions or changes

Maintenance visits keep an already-clean car looking sharp — they aren't a deep clean. If your car needs a reset (heavy soiling, stains, pet hair, etc.), we'll schedule a full detail as an add-on.
Do I have to live in Tucson?+
We serve Tucson · Oro Valley · Marana · Sahuarita · Vail. Mobile visits come to your home or office, Mon–Fri · 8AM–6PM.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month, cancel or pause before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
